Lindsey is the owner of Kingdom Destinations, a full-service agency located in North Georgia. She has nearly 100 home-based, Independent Agents that are spread across the country. Lindsey has been seen on The Weather Channel and CBS This Morning and has been featured in Forbes, Travel Awaits, and numerous local publications. Kingdom Destinations is an award-winning agency and has grown exponentially since its inception in the Fall of 2015. Most recently, Kingdom Destinations was named the recipient of the 2022 Travel Leaders Network Power of Partnership President’s Award for a Mid Sized Agency, an honor recognizing total sales growth year over year. Outside of the office, Lindsey has been married for nearly 20 years and is mom to 4 teenagers. One fun fact about her is that she did not major in hospitality in college, rather she studied vocal performance on a voice scholarship in Nashville. Lindsey is always full of surprises, never backs down from a challenge, and believes the driving force in her life is building relationships. We met in college in the fall of 1997 at Cumberland College (now known as the University of the Cumberlands) in an Environmental Science class that Holly really had no business taking. It was here, though, that we became friends and started dating. But it was in Dr. Semmel’s class, “The History of Animation” where we realized that we shared a love for animation.

We were married in 2000 and had our first child, Merritt, in the spring of 2001. Holly knew she wanted Merritt to grow up going to Disney and sharing that same love of animation that his parents shared and wanting him to appreciate all the Disney has to offer. When Merritt was old enough to remember, we planned a trip and visited Walt Disney World in what was Bert and Merritt’s first, of many, trips. However, it wasn’t until 2010, when we took our then 2 1/2 year old daughter, did we truly understand the magic of Disney. Watching her run to hug Daisy Duck as she entered Magic Kingdom and seeing her eyes light up when she saw the castle, will be memories forever etched in our minds. We made a promise then to return to Disney World each year as a family. Now, after 11+ trips, I can honestly say that it is “the most magical place on Earth.”

Growing up, we went to Walt Disney World when I was 4 and again when I was 10, and that was the extent of my Disney life as a child and even young adult. Right after we got pregnant with our first son, we went to Disney over Spring Break.
